The Herts 10K is back and better than ever!
This year we’re thrilled to unveil an exciting new venue, route, and different distance options to choose from!
The event now boasts three tiers of challenge for any level of ability:
- Our flagship 10K is back with a new route to challenge your PB – for ages 14 and over
- Introducing the 5K if you’d like to take on a gentler challenge – open to anyone aged 11 and up
- Our brand new family fun run means children of all ages can join in the fun! (under 8s must be accompanied by an adult)
The brand new route at the Herts County Showground follows is a mix of short grass and hard standing, and includes some fun features including a ‘roller coaster’ up and down a slope and a whizzy spiral to get you in a spin!
10K and 5K runners will receive a t-shirt, medal and chip timer. Fun runners will receive a special treat at the end of their race.

The fun run will start at 9.30am and the 5 & 10K will start at 10am.
The Herts 10K is open to 14 years and over and the 5k is open to children 11 years and over. The fun run is open to any age but children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
The responsible adult must agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of their party.

As this is a fundraising event for Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care participants are challenged to raise a minimum of £37 to provide 1 hour of nursing care to a patient and their family at any time of the night, ensuring nobody feels alone.
